Ok Real Talk.

I entered college at like 165 ish. And I in college I gained like a butt load of weight. I think the worst was when i was working. I think i must of peaked above 230.  Now I gotta undo the damage to my body.

2014 is time to get back in shape!

Goal: I want to get back in the 160’s. Ideally I want to be 160 but that’d be better than I was prior to college so for now. I’m setting my goal to just be in the 160s. 169!

So January 1st. I think I was at 225. So from Jan 1 – Dec 31. I want to be in the 160s.

So my journey starts 😀
